Common Questions.

Do I need prior training experience?
No. Whether you have never touched a barbell or have been training for years, programs are built around where you are right now — not where someone else thinks you should be.
What equipment do I need for online training?
Programs are built around what you have access to. A gym membership makes progressive overload easier for both of us — but if you are training at home or with limited equipment, accommodations will be made. No excuses, just solutions.
Is there a contract?
No contract. Month to month. If you pay for 4 sessions and only show up to 2, that is on you — not me. The only commitment I ask for is the one you make to yourself.
What sports do you work with?
Any sport. Strength and conditioning principles apply across all athletics. Baseball, hockey, soccer, football, track, tennis, volleyball, wrestling — if you compete, this program can be built for you.
How are programs delivered?
In-person clients receive their program through Google Sheets. Online clients train through Trainerize, operated under David Ethier, Owner of Training for Life.
